- Returns must include the original packing slip or invoice along with the return authorization number. Please keep a copy for your records.
- The item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and not unused. Any items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage are not returnable. Please note that any item with a Certificate, must be returned with the original Certificate in order to qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced by the cost of the Certificate.
- Please wrap the package securely in a box and insure it for the full invoice value of the item(s), as we are not liable for the loss and/or damage to merchandise while in transit to us. Additionally, please require a signature for your shipment.
